BIZZYBEE TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to BizzyBee, a product of JRay Labs. By using BizzyBee, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BizzyBee.

By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

If you are under 18, we recommend involving a parent or guardian.

2. Description of Service (Important)

BizzyBee is a tool that helps users manage small jobs and services.

BizzyBee is not:

  • A marketplace
  • A hiring platform
  • A payment processor
  • A party to any agreement between users

We do not:

  • Verify users
  • Guarantee services
  • Supervise interactions

All interactions and services arranged using BizzyBee are at your own risk.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service lawfully and respectfully
  • Provide accurate information
  • Communicate appropriately

You agree NOT to:

  • Share personal contact information within messages
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes

4. Messaging

BizzyBee provides messaging tools powered by services such as Twilio.

  • Messages are routed through the platform and may be stored
  • We may monitor or filter messages to maintain a safe environment
  • Users can block other users
  • BizzyBee is not responsible for missed communications due to blocking

5. Safety & User Interactions

You are solely responsible for your interactions with others.

BizzyBee does not:

  • Conduct background checks
  • Verify identities
  • Ensure safety or quality of services

Always use good judgment when interacting with others.

6. User Content

You may create or share content, including:

  • Job details
  • Messages
  • Photos

You grant BizzyBee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Store
  • Use
  • Display
  • Process

your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

7. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining access to your account
  • Keeping login credentials secure

You may delete your account at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Subscriptions & Payments

BizzyBee may offer paid features or subscriptions.

  • Payments are processed through app stores (e.g., Apple or Google)
  • Those platforms control billing and payment terms
  • BizzyBee does not directly process payments

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

  • Availability
  • Accuracy
  • Reliability
  • Outcomes from using the Service

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

BizzyBee and JRay Labs are not liable for:

  • Any user interactions
  • Any services performed or arranged
  • Any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use of the Service

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which JRay Labs LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
